Would be good to be able to customize the galleries, for example be able to choose the sequence order of the photos and have the possibility to show the file name
We are happy to let you know that you can now change the order of your photos in your albums!
On your desktop, go to any of your albums and select ‘Edit Album’ on your overflow menu to Enter “Edit Mode”. In this mode, you will be able to simply Drag & Drop any of the images in your album to any position so you can tell the best stories with your photos.
But we won’t stop here. Soon you will be able to also Add text and create a variety of layouts that will bring your albums to live and create unique stories to be viewed and shared of your best photos.
Have a great day,
The Irista team.

Brilliant but HOW THE HECK DO YOU SHARE PHOTOS. APPARENTLY THIS QUESTION HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS WITH NO ANSWER!!!!!
I could load 58 photos.
I could not create albums, in order to share using:
I feel that I was "bambozild", by great reviews leading into this Canon "G" pit of hell.
Just....PLEASE... allow me to share a batch of photos with friends in far-away-places

This seems like a basic photo sharing website feature, but for some reason Canon Irista does not have it.
This lack of this feature and customization makes me not want to recommend Canon Irista as a photo sharing website. And certainly doesn't want me to spend more for higher storage capabilities. This suggestion was submitted 2 years ago, and nothing has changed. Not sure what the point of these suggestions are then.
Please do something about this. It should be the easiest little thing to do. I want to use Irista to share sets of images created by different groups of students,. We have lots of different scholls so I want each school's imahges to display the way I want them - so that the student image comes first - and then the pictures they took. Then we have anohter student id pic and their pictures. If it would at least display them in the order I upload themn that would also be ok but it's completely random and useless to me. Add this to the fact that I can't upload straight into albums and it's pretty but completely unfunctional site. Get it solved Canon

Can you allow chronological sorting of galleries please?
And a slider to decrease the thumbnail size would be great.

I find the site very frustrating in the way it arranges the photos, not in the way that I would like--but instead how the program likes. How can you tell a story if the program makes the choices. If this is not resolved, it is time to look for a new program. Surely, a company like Canon has the ability to make this minor change. Even on Facebook, you can arrange photos as you like. Please tell me that you will fix this problem.
The timeline Irista have decided is ludicrous. Surly chronological order is the way photos are to be viewed not most recent first. Please can this be amended in the options so the user has the option of the order they want to show their photos.

I agree. You should be able to sort photos in a gallery to how you want them to appear and NOT how Canon thinks they should appear.
use Exif Remover, after that rename photos in yours order! ...easy!
Would be great to have a time line in a gallery as well. Especially if the gallery contains a large number of pictures
Forced order is disappointing. I want to sort my gallery by filename, since I already pre-sorted it before uploading.
The reverse chronological order is non sense. Please correct this, or give the option to the users.
as it is now photos at shared galleries are shown newer on top, older at the bottom
since web pages are viewed top -> bottom photos show in reverse order!
this is maybe funny for someone used to Irista but for people who only see shared galleries here it is wierd at least
This is a good idea. When sharing the albums it now starts with the latest picture and e.g. when sharing your holiday you want to start with the beginning(the oldest)
Or maybe option to change the order
